Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
PicStudio is a free image editor that runs entirely in your browser. These terms are deliberately short, because the product is simple: we serve you an app, and everything you do with it happens on your own device.
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting picstudio.app or using any of its tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. The service
PicStudio is a collection of browser-based image tools provided free of charge, with no accounts and no usage limits. All image processing happens locally on your device; your files are never uploaded to us. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Your content
You keep every right to the images you open and the results you create — we never receive them, so we couldn't claim anything even if we wanted to. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to edit and use the images you work with.
4. License to use PicStudio
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PicStudio for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. The PicStudio name, design, code, and branding remain the property of the operator. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, or redistribute the service itself as your own.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PicStudio to create or edit content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights — including copyright, privacy, and likeness rights. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the service, and don't scrape or systematically copy the site. Common sense applies: use the tools the way they're meant to be used.
6. No warranty
PicStudio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Image processing, including AI-assisted features, can produce imperfect results. Keep copies of your original files; we are not responsible for lost or altered images.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of PicStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Because the service is free, the total aggregate liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use PicStudio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
